Performance characteristics:
The upper roll is in a drum shape, and the lower part of the lower roll is adjusted by an idler, which can roll products with high straightness in a wide range from thin plate to thick plate;
Unique rear bending process, continuous bending, avoiding "dead bending" and "sharp peach" of products, can obtain high-precision products;
The end pre-bending of the plate can control the length and shape of the remaining straight edge by directly pressing the upper roller to complete high-precision end pre-bending.
The equipment adopts the whole site, with simple foundation and convenient mobile workplace.
